About the role
With a fantastic opportunity available, we are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our operations team and support our growing business. Ideally the successful candidate will have had a taste of customer service and operations in air and ocean freight and is now looking for an opportunity to join a truly global supply chain business that will tailor a development path for success whilst proudly representing the Mainfreight brand and culture that we are proud of!
Responsibilities
Based in our Manchester Air & Ocean branch, the role is all about providing outstanding customer service and operational support to our customers. Your focus will be to take control of both import and export shipments from the time a shipment is confirmed to final delivery and everything between including liaising with our overseas Mainfreight branches, customers, and suppliers all with the service at the front of your mind.
