Au sein de l’Equipe Exploitation International de notre Siège Social à Mitry Mory (77), vous participez au traitement et au suivi des opérations imports et/ou exports route Europe. Vous interviendrez sur la gestion commerciale, opérationnelle et administrative de ces opérations import/export.
- Montage et suivi des dossiers import/export
- Choix du plan de transport (groupage ou affrètement)
- Suivi de la relation agents européen
- Suivi de la relation clients
- Suivi du remplissage des tractions européennes
- Suivi de la rentabilité des dossiers
Votre objectif est de gérer chaque opération en assurant au client la meilleure qualité possible.
Cette liste n'est pas limitative et vous êtes acteur de votre évolution grâce à votre prise d'initiative et votre envie de faire évoluer notre entreprise.
Directement rattaché au Manager des Opérations, vous êtes, avec une grande autonomie, le garant de la satisfaction du client, de la rentabilité des trafics et de leurs pérennités.

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.
