Mainfreight Voted Top 100 Graduate Employer

We are excited and humbled to be included in Graduate Australia's 'Top 100 Graduate Employers'. GradAustralia made the announcement last week that we had taken out no. 1 in the Transport & Logistics sector and 21st overall, across all graduate employers Australia-wide.

At Mainfreight, we offer a unique, unstructured and rotational Graduate Program where our graduates start out in operations learning the business from the ground up. No two career paths are the same, our program gives our graduates the chance to put their hands up and say, ‘I’m up for a new challenge, what can I experience?’. 

While our core business lies in logistics, we welcome graduates from all disciplines. What has and continues to be crucial for us is finding people that align with our culture. We are a very people-oriented business, we look for people with passion that want to come to work to enjoy and challenge themselves on a daily basis.
