The Atlanta Warehousing team are looking for a high performing individual to take the next step in their career and embrace a new challenge in the role of Customer Development Executive.

This is a highly visible position within Warehousing and will expose the right candidate to core Mainfreight customers and the opportunity to provide immense value to their business.

Your focus will be service excellence, service quality and maintaining collaborative relationships with our customers. We are an extension of their business and need to provide service excellence every minute of every day. Growth of existing business is as integral as new business, ensuring this is through the whole Mainfreight network – not to only be branch focused.

The successful applicant will need:

• Walk, breath and uphold the Mainfreight culture
• A strong work ethic and capacity to learn a multitude of skills
• An understanding of the full supply chain
• Very strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced excel skills along with the ability to analyze data
• Ability to generate and manage customer specific KPIs, both internal and customer facing
• Use these KPI’s to improve service and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships internally and externally alike
• Provide support to Account Champions to drive continuous improvement within specific customer operations
• Share data and information across internal stakeholders and external customers
• The ability to be proactive and take initiative where needed
• Attention to detail
• Innovative thinking
• Not only grow the warehousing business but push for customers to utilize the entire Mainfreight network if they are not doing so already
