Location Overview

Located in Atlanta, GA, just off Interstate I-75, this facility opened in 2019 and serves warehousing, distribution, 3PL logistics, and co-packing needs. This warehouse is a 196,000 square feet facility with 34 dock doors, having a capacity for 15,000 pallet positions. Located 10 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, our location serves as a central supply chain artery, being 161 miles from Montgomery, Alabama, 273 miles from Tallahassee, Florida, 251 miles from Port of Savannah, and 341 miles from the port of Charleston.

We offer various warehousing and distribution services across our business units, enabling our customers to move their freight worry-free. At our Atlanta facility, we have our Transportation, Warehousing, and Air & Ocean teams all in the same facility to ensure operational efficiency. We have dedicated full-time team members who are career-oriented and forklift certified, with an on-site instructor who is certified to teach. Our Facility is TSA-certified, FDA-certified, and licensed to store alcohol.

Technology Solutions

Mainfreight warehouses use a proprietary WMS named Mainfreight Inventory Management System (MIMS), which enables us to deliver solutions that are tailored to our customer's needs. MIMS allows us to communicate, integrate, and adapt quickly and efficiently with almost every platform in the market. Furthermore, it enhances accurate picking and dispatching of customer orders (integrated with most of the national and international parcel carriers), easy booking of incoming inventory, and more.

Inventory Management

MIMS enables us to keep track of our customer's inventory based on the FIFO method, expiration date, serial, and lost number. We maintain a rigid inventory control and perform weekly cycle counting.
