Loketbediende - Transport | Genk
Als loketbediende ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en chauffeurs die vrachten komen laden of lossen. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van aankomende en vertrekkende vrachtwagens.
De rol
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en bezoekers
- Je leidt de kaaiplanning in goede banen
- Je verwerkt los-en laadlijsten
- Je maakt transportlabels aan en controleert POD’s en andere vervoersdocumenten
- Je assisteert de planners en stuurt de chauffeurs bij waar nodig
- Week om week werk je in de vroege of late shift (6u-14u / 14u-22u).
Jouw profiel
- Je bent een administratief talent
- Je bent vlot en enthousiast in je contacten met bezoekers en collega’s
- Je denkt mee en durft initiatief te nemen
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office
- Je deinst er niet voor terug om je uit te drukken in het Frans, Engels of Duits
- Je hebt affiniteit met de logistieke sector door je studierichting en/of werkervaring
- Kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
